First Class Shipping and Handling with Delivery confirmation is $3.00
Free Insurance with single or combined purchases of $20.00 or more (to USA addresses only).
Priority Mail ~ USPS EXPRESS is available, check store for details (based on purchase total).
"Will Call" is reserved for customers who live in Mesa, Arizona ~ local pick up or drop off.
Packages will be shipped out within 5 days after receipt of payment.

ARIZONA Resident's are required to pay Arizona 8.5% Sales Tax.

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of this product the product will not be returnable if it has been over 10 days since the receipt of the product.
The product may be exchanged within 10 days of receipt of the product. Please allow enough time for another bead, of like color, quality, and craftsmanship to be made.
